Bridgette is a seasoned consultant and coach with experience working across a broad range of industries, business models, and market conditions. She brings expertise in individual, team and organization development maximizing contributions of leaders and their teams.
Previously she was the Chief Talent Officer at BAE Systems, one of the world’s largest defense contractors. Prior to joining BAE Systems, Bridgette was the Chief Human Capital Officer for Fannie Mae where she was responsible for working with the company’s officers to design, develop, and implement the overall human capital strategy, including culture transformation, talent management and succession, promotion and selection assessment, leadership development, organization design, and cross-functional teaming. She has also led HR for Celera Genomics and Genentech R&D and led executive and organization development functions for Dell, MITRE, MCI, and the U.S. Postal Service.
Known for her insightful and empowering style, Weitzel’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business, a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of Pennsylvania, and an Education Specialist degree from George Washington University. She is currently completing her doctorate dissertation in intercultural communication at Georgetown University.
