John Suttle

John is an international communications and business development executive with extensive experience in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. He specializes in helping companies, organizations and people achieve their objectives through integrated communications while assisting them in navigating and gaining access to complex markets. As Senior Vice President of Communications and International Business Development for BAE Systems, Inc., he oversaw all public relations, marketing, advertising, corporate responsibility and employee engagement activities and was responsible for the coordination of the company’s international business development activities, including overseas offices, offset programs and advisors. Prior to joining BAE Systems he headed all communications activities for General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products. A former Apache attack helicopter pilot and Army Public Affairs Officer, his service includes the Gulf War, Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Pentagon. He remains active in the community by serving as a member of the USO Board of Governors and the Mount Vernon Life Guard Society.  John is a past board member of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.
