Lisa is a professionally trained facilitator through the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership.  With experience in both the nonprofit and commercial sectors, Lisa has offered executive, operational and  financial leadership at the highest levels.  Lisa specializes in helping organizations and their leaders discover and reach consensus on important issues such as strategy, values and culture.

Her experience includes leading teams of 150 or more, directing all facets of complex programs, and working with staff, boards, and stakeholders to achieve breakthrough outcomes. She has received multiple awards and recognitions for her exemplary contributions.

Lisa earned her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and Bachelors degrees in both International Relations and Communications from the University of Virginia.  She is currently pursuing a certification in Leadership Coaching through the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership.
